Who can use Tabby?
Tabby services are available to any citizen and resident of Saudi Arabia over 18 years of age.
How much can I spend with Tabby?
You can get a credit balance through Tabby up to 5000 riyals.
How do I pay in installments with Tabby?
Very simple. You shop normally and when you reach the purchase/payment page, you choose installments with Tabby and during your purchase you will pay 25% of the basket value as a down payment and the rest in 3 monthly installments. No fees.
When can I use Tabby?
You can use Tabby up to 1650 SAR.
What payment methods does Tabby accept?
Tabby accepts all credit and debit cards (Mada).
Are Tabby services free?
True! Tabby does not charge any fees or interest as long as you pay on time.
Why was my Tabby application not accepted?
This could be due to one of these reasons:
We could not verify your identity.
You did not fill in any of the required fields such as the full delivery address.
You have past payments due that you have not made.
What happens if I can't pay my payments on time?
Tabby encourages responsible spending habits and every purchase is reviewed before approval. You will receive periodic messages before your payment due date to remind you to pay on time. If collection is not possible on the payment due date, you will not be able to make any further purchases until your late payments are paid. A late fee of 15 will be applied after 15 days from receipt of your order. If you are late for an additional 2 weeks, an additional late fee of 30 will be applied, and after 4 weeks, a late fee of 60 will be applied.
How do I pay in installments?
You need to pay a 25% down payment at the beginning to confirm your order. The remaining 3 payments are paid over 3 months to Tabby via the Tabby app for iOS and Android.
