- Fish: It is characterised by its content of healthy fatty acids, specifically Omega-3, which strengthens the retina and protects the eye from dryness.

- Water: As the origin of everything living, water is the most important natural element of all; maintaining your drinking of 8 glasses of water daily protects your eyes from the risk of dehydration.
